He is of the median height for his village, around 5'11", clean shaven with short brown hair. He tends a bit towards the stocky side, but stops short of being fat. His dress tends to be practical but well made, many locals pay with barter and clothing is a common payment for his services. People know he likes stronger fabrics or leathers and prefer strong construction over style. They also know he's always collecting things and never seem to have enough pockets, so he has a number of outfits now where the overcompensation was perhaps a bit excessive.
He is also somewhat known for his spectacles. Glass grinding is a rare skill and the prices I have to charge for a completed pair is more than most can afford. Happily in his case, the need fell upon the individual capable of fulfilling it.
